Lisa Druliner DeBuse is a shareholder of the firm in the Lincoln office. She has a varied public finance practice. Prior to joining Gilmore & Bell, Ms. DeBuse was a law clerk to Richard G. Kopf, United States District Judge for the District of Nebraska; taught undergraduate business law at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln; and was an associate with Cline, Williams, Wright, Johnson and Oldfather, L.L.P., Lincoln, Nebraska, where her practice focused on public and corporate finance. Ms. DeBuse is a member of the Nebraska Bar Association and the National Association of Bond Lawyers. Ms. DeBuse received a B.B.A. from Southern Methodist University in 1977 and a J.D. (with distinction) from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1981. While in law school she was executive editor of the Nebraska Law Review and a member of the National Moot Court Team.
