Matthew T. Jennings is an associate of the firm in the Kansas City office. Prior to joining Gilmore & Bell, Mr. Jennings was an associate at Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP in Kansas City, Missouri. He is a member of the Missouri and Kansas Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Association for Governmental Leasing and Finance. Mr. Jennings received his B.S. in Finance and his B.A. in English from Iowa State University in 2000. In 2003, he received his J.D. (with high distinction) from the University of Iowa. While in law school, Mr. Jennings clerked for the U.S. Attorney in the Southern District of Iowa, was a Member of the Iowa Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif.
