Toni I. Stegeman is a shareholder of the firm in the Kansas City office. Ms. Stegeman joined the firm in 1996, but has practiced law as a municipal bond attorney since entering law practice in 1994. She is licensed to practice law in Missouri, Illinois and Texas. She currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Association for Governmental Leasing & Finance. She is also a member of the Missouri School Boards' Association's Council of School Attorneys, an associate member of the Missouri Association of School Business Officials and a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers. Ms. Stegeman received her B.B.A. degree from West Texas State University in 1984 and her J.D. from the University of Houston in 1994.
