Gilmore Bell adds New Attorney in Salt Lake City

Gilmore & Bell, P.C., a leading public finance law firm, is pleased to announce that Garrett Gross has joined the firm as counsel in the Salt Lake City office.

Mr. Gross has 14 years of experience working extensively in-house with a super-regional bank advising on a variety of public finance matters including direct purchases of leases, revenue bonds, tax and revenue anticipation notes, bond anticipation notes and general obligation bonds. During this time, he also advised the bank’s internal registered Municipal Advisor and Placement Agent on SEC, MSRB and other regulatory matters. Mr. Gross is licensed to practice in the state of Utah. He received his B.A. degree from Brigham Young University in 2007 and his J.D. from The Ohio State University in 2010.
