Ms. Connor practices in the field of real estate law, including real estate finance, leasing and construction. She is licensed to practice in Missouri and Florida and received her B.A. degree from the University of Missouri in 2015 and her J.D. (magna cum laude) from the University of Miami School of Law in 2018, where she served as a board member for the University of Miami Law Review. Ms. Miller serves as bond counsel to cities, counties, school districts and other municipal borrowers. She also serves as economic development counsel, advising various local governments on incentivized economic development projects. She is licensed to practice in Missouri and received her B.S. degree (cum laude) from the University of Missouri – Columbia in 2012 and her J.D. (cum laude) from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law in 2015, where she served as a staff member of the UMKC Law Review and Managing Editor of The Urban Lawyer.
