Mr. Spykerman joined Gilmore & Bell in 2007. He primarily represents local governments, underwriters and other parties on public finance transactions and economic development projects. Mr. Spykerman’s economic development work on behalf of local governments includes assistance implementing and administering tax increment financing districts and special taxing districts, such as community improvement districts and transportation development districts. Mr. Spykerman is a member of the Board of Directors of the Missouri Economic Development Financing Association and is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Illinois.
