Gilmore & Bell, P.C. ranked 10th in dollar volume as bond counsel in the nation for 2023 by LSEG Data & Analytics (formerly Refinitiv) in its Year-end Annual Review. The firm delivered the approving opinion on 282 long-term municipal issues, the fourth largest number in the country, aggregating $7.31 billion last year.
In addition to the national ranking, Gilmore Bell ranked 2nd in dollar volume as bond counsel in the Midwest at $5.28 billion and remained 1st for number of issues with 232 long-term municipal issues. In the West, Gilmore Bell ranked 8th for number of issues with 40 long-term municipal issues and 11th in dollar volume at $1.67 billion.
At the state level, Gilmore Bell remained as the top bond counsel firm in Kansas, Missouri and Utah (in dollar volume and number of issues). In Nebraska, the firm ranked 3rd in overall dollar volume and 3rd for number of issues. Gilmore Bell also ranked 8th last year for number of issues in Illinois.
