Gilmore & Bell, P.C. ranked 13th in dollar volume as bond counsel in the nation for 2024 by LSEG Data & Analytics in its Year-end Annual Review. The firm delivered the approving opinion on 352 long-term municipal issues, the 4th largest number in the country, aggregating $9.48 billion last year.

In addition to the national ranking, Gilmore Bell ranked 2nd in dollar volume as bond counsel in the Midwest at $5.80 billion and remained 1st for number of issues with 270 long-term municipal issues. In the West, Gilmore Bell ranked 5th for number of issues with 72 long-term municipal issues and 10th in dollar volume at $3.41 billion.

At the state level, Gilmore Bell remained the top bond counsel firm in Kansas, Missouri and Utah (in dollar volume and number of issues). In Nebraska, the firm ranked 2nd in overall dollar volume and 3rd for number of issues. Gilmore Bell also ranked 12th last year for number of issues in Illinois.
