Sarah O. Steele is a member of the Kansas, Missouri and Wichita Bar Associations and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. She represents cities and counties on private activity bonds for economic development and growth in their communities. Ms. Steele received her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Kansas in 1983, and her J.D. (cum laude) from Arizona State University in 1986. Dominic L. Eck is a member of the Kansas and Wichita Bar Associations. He represents issuers on a wide variety of public finance transactions and economic development projects. Mr. Eck earned his B.B.A. in Accountancy (cum laude) from the University of Notre Dame in 2006 and his J.D. (magna cum laude) from the Washburn University School of Law in 2012.
