Attorney / Garrett A. Gross
Garrett A. Gross is counsel for the firm in the Salt Lake City office. Mr. Gross joined the firm in 2024 after working extensively in-house for 14 years with a super-regional bank advising on a variety of public finance matters including direct purchases of leases, revenue bonds, tax- and revenue anticipation notes, bond anticipation notes, and general obligation bonds. During this time, he also advised the bank’s internal registered Municipal Advisor and Placement Agent on SEC, MSRB and other regulatory matters. Mr. Gross is licensed to practice in the state of Utah. He received his B.A. degree from Brigham Young University in 2007 and his J.D. from The Ohio State University in 2010.
