BACKGROUND
Ryan R. Warburton is a shareholder of the firm in the Salt Lake City office. Mr. Warburton has been active in the public and transactional finance areas since 1999 with a focus on multifamily housing, single family housing and government assisted housing, low-income housing tax credits, secondary market securitizations, derivative products, credit and liquidity enhancements, charter and private schools, energy projects and improvements, workouts and restructurings, loan servicing, 501(c)(3) projects, and manufacturing facilities. He represents state housing agencies, public housing authorities, state and local governmental entities, tax credit investors and syndicators, bond investors, underwriters, developers, lenders, servicers, and credit enhancers. Mr. Warburton is licensed to practice in Utah and is a member of the Utah State Bar Association and the National Council of State Housing Agencies. Mr. Warburton received his B.A. (summa cum laude) from Utah State University in 1996 and his J.D. (magna cum laude) from Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark Law School in 1999 where he served as Staff Editor for the Brigham Young University Law Review.
